Products & Orders

All products are made to order unless stated otherwise. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins according to the stated lead times.

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours, finishes, and materials may appear slightly different due to screen settings and the use of natural materials.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required before production begins. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until payment has cleared.

Production & Lead Times

Lead times provided are estimates, not guarantees. While we aim to meet stated timelines, delays may occur due to material availability, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance and item size.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, cancellations, and handling fees are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Our furniture is crafted using natural materials. Variations in grain, colour, texture, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.
