Returns & Refunds

Because our furniture is made to order, we maintain a limited return policy.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Once production has started, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and a brief description

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If we have made an error with your order (including incorrect dimensions, finishes, or materials compared to your confirmed order), we will correct it at no additional cost.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
• After 24 hours, production may have started and cancellation may not be possible.
• If cancellation is approved after production begins, a handling and materials fee may apply.

Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all approved returns.
• If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, return shipping will be arranged and covered by us.
• Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items damaged during return transit may not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking & Handling Fee

If a cancellation or return is approved after production has started for reasons not related to a defect or an error on our part, a 15% handling and materials fee will be deducted from the refund.

No restocking or handling fees apply to items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Natural Materials Disclaimer :

Our furniture is crafted using natural materials. Variations in grain, colour, and texture are normal and expected and are not considered defects.
